The abnormal state of charging is a common fault during the charging process of electric vehicles, and the handling measures of the abnormal state in the charger directly affect the safety of charging. At present, most studies mainly focus on the field of interoperability testing methods and platform development, and the literature on the systematic analysis of the abnormal charging process of the charging pile has not been found. This paper conducts a systematic research on the abnormal state that occurs during the DC charging process. Combined with the vehicle simulation system, the abnormal state of charging is simulated, and relevant test data are obtained and analyzed.
