Walking, running, and other training are important for rehabilitation for children with cerebral palsy (CCP). To reduce the safety hazards of lower limb training for children with cerebral palsy and their secondary injuries during the training process, the inappropriate postures of CCP must be prevented in the rehabilitation training of lower limb. Using JACK virtual simulation software, the ergonomic and force analysis of the training process of children with cerebral palsy was carried out in this study. The rehabilitation training for CCP was designed from the perspectives of ergonomics, comfort, and fun. The training program effectively reduced the risk of secondary injuries in the rehabilitation training of CCP, reduced their physical burden in walking training, and improved the safety, comfort, and fun of the rehabilitation training process.
