The classical Decision-Theoretic Rough Sets model gives a 3WD threshold formula under ideal conditions by computing the minimized risk of the overall decision of the three-way regions. However, The logical relationship between the three-way decision cost objective functions and the reasoning of the 3WD thresholding have not been discussed in depth. This paper proposed a new threshold computing method based on the logical relationship between cost objective functions. This method not only can analyze the distribution of different cost function values of the three-way thresholds more flexibly, but also gives a more intuitive 3WD cost to minimize semantic interpretation. Finally, a set of typical examples proves that the above 3WD threshold reasoning methods are effective.
