Knowledge graph is an emerging technology used to demonstrate knowledge relationships and has broad application prospects. This paper delves into the theory, methodology, and practical application of knowledge management and quality assessment in multilevel dispatching centers, utilizing the knowledge graph as a foundation. In order to comprehensively evaluate the reliability and practicality of knowledge graphs, a knowledge graph quality evaluation method was proposed, including three dimensions: data intrinsic, service response, and downstream application, the method can provide a theoretical basis for the quality evaluation of knowledge graphs.
