This paper presents a dynamic reasoning method of wheat stripe rust based on Cellular automaton. This method improves the characteristic that the basic Cellular automaton can only spread in a certain distance neighborhood. This article adjusts the circular field according to the size of plaque at the stage of wheat stripe rust infection (after symptoms) and their impact on the spread distance of stripe rust. This method optimizes the problem of fixed transmission range in previous studies, and based on this, uses attenuation formulas to prevent repeated infection of the leaves in the block, and displays the transmission path of stripe rust at the level of farmland. This provides a reference mechanism model for the digital twin of stripe rust.
