The electromagnetic radiation emission spectrum of a typical vehicle regulation computing chip-AI chip was measured in 12 different working states by using the TEM cell method. The maximum values, low frequency, high frequency and typical single state of the measurement results were compared and analyzed. The factors influencing the electromagnetic radiation emission of the chip were obtained. It is expected to provide data support for the electromagnetic compatibility design and protection of the chip.
