Due to the imbalance of ground potential between the grounding points of various electrical equipment, current is often formed on the surface of ship, causing electromagnetic compatibility problems. It is necessary to carry out modeling and simulation research on surface current distribution. In this paper, an equivalent modeling and simulation method for the surface current distribution of metal materials based on partial element equivalent circuit method is proposed, and the metal material is converted into an equivalent circuit model and the surface current distribution is simulated and analyzed.
