Since 2010, big data, artificial intelligence, and other internet technologies have increasingly evolved. However, the teaching effect with new technology is inefficiency in class. Existing teaching strategies need to be constantly developed significantly to help students acquire better learning ability and creativity by the cloud computing platform learning website. In this paper, Students of Junior One and Junior Two are divided into A and B classes. Different classes use different teaching strategies in the information technology class. The analysis has two variables, class type, and teaching strategy. After class, the teaching effect can be evaluated with the submission rate, accuracy rate, and innovation of each class. At the end of each content, students can attain the learning result of this content after finishing the Multistage Adaptive Measurements test. The result has positive feedback to the teaching strategies. Based on the above result, we raise the Multi-level and positive feedback teaching strategy and carry out the practice in Class A. Then, the teaching evaluation is carried out based on "Multistage Adaptive Measurements" to test the teaching effect of the Multi-level and positive feedback teaching strategy. The results of the experiments indicate that the teaching strategy of reasonable time and means can significantly improve the innovation of students’ works both in A and B classes which get the desired result.
