This paper innovatively applies the Critical Chain Analysis method to the collaborative evaluation of Operating Performance of “Li-Ning Taobao Official Shop” on the Taobao platform. It aims to identify crucial focal points that significantly impact Operating Performance during the operating process. This approach provides a systematic, efficient, and precise Operating Performance collaborative evaluation system for “Li-Ning Taobao Official Shop” and potentially for the entire traditional e-commerce sector. This is helpful to improve the accuracy and efficiency of traditional e-commerce online store performance evaluation. Based on the results of collaborative evaluation of operational performance, the research found that customer relationship maintenance, manufacturer selection, product shape design and product pricing are the four processes that Li Ning's official online store needs to focus on and improve. This will greatly empower Li Ning's long-term development and enhance its international competitiveness, helping it to become a high-quality domestic brand that can compete with internationally renowned brands.
