Due to the rapid change of the external environment, the market status of the product exhibits high uncertainty, which brings difficulties to the operation decision of enterprises. In order to understand accurately the changing trend of product market status, and considering that the closest time series is more influential in predicting the future, we propose an early warning model of market status based on the metabolic gray prediction algorithm. In view of the factors affecting the market status of different products, in order to effectively eliminate the interference of non-objective factors, the corresponding indicators' weights are calculated by an entropy method. By predicting, calculating and standardized processing of the indicator data collected in real time, the prediction and early warning of the product market status is then realized, and the marketing strategy can be implemented accurately and effectively. The practical application results show that the proposed intelligent evaluation and early warning model is effective and reliable. The method proposed in this research can provide a valuable reference for real-time monitoring of the market status of general consumer goods.
