Analytical performance models have been developed in the literature to better understand the evolution of a business network concerning organizational and relational aspects. In view of the outstanding importance of life cycle analysis applied to the context of business networks, the present work aims to obtain evidence of construct validity with structural equation model of lifecycle model developed by Wegner et al., (2015). As a data source for the analysis, research instrument was applied to 369 members of business networks in the construction materials trade sector in Brazil.
