How to reasonably guide the network dispatchable resources to participate in the grid auxiliary service market has become a new challenge for the power system. In response to this problem, a method is proposed to explore the mutual benefit potential of the network dispatchable resources based on comprehensive demand response. The paper firstly composes and summarises the network-wide dispatchable resources; secondly, rationalises the mathematical modelling of the network-wide dispatchable resources and determines their main dispatching categories to participate in the auxiliary service market by analysing their respective characteristics; then, prioritises the dispatching order of the network-wide dispatchable resources on the basis of considering the fastest peak shaving speed, the highest customer satisfaction and the least grid subsidy; finally, on the basis of the appeal Finally, on the basis of the appeal, a multi-timescale optimal scheduling architecture and scheduling process for network-wide dispatchable resources are proposed and verified by arithmetic cases. The verification shows that the total cost and abandoned wind power can be reduced by 9.94% and 49.91% with the coordinated participation of network-wide dispatchable resources in optimal scheduling.
