The present study’s main objective is to analyze the availability of the computer network system. This system consists of three interconnected subsystems: a load balancer, distributed database servers, and centralized distributed database servers. The mathematical model is developed based on a neural network approach, and the system performance is estimated with a transition diagram. Neural weights are calculated with the help of exponential distributed failure and repair rate. The system profit is optimized with the help of the neural network approach.
