The stochastic yield of renewable energy renders their integration in the energy grids very confined. In this study, a hybrid energy system (HES) was investigated that comprises an energy storage system (ESS), a wind turbine (WT), and a diesel generator (DG). This research aims to generate a sustainable energy supply using an efficient energy management system (EMS). Thus, the designed control system considers the constraints of the various components of the HES in question. To develop and examine the efficacy of the purposed HES and the supervision algorithm, the MATLAB (Simulink) software tool was used.
