SnSx semiconductor electrodeposition onto nanoordered template substrates produced using electrochemical porous oxidizing of aluminum has been investigated. The two types of template substrates have been investigated: nanoporous alumina and nanoordered aluminum surface after the porous oxide removal. XRD results prove predominantly single-phase polycrystalline SnS formation in the both cases. The results could be used for thin-film solar cells and secondary batteries development.
