Abstract Cabergoline is routinely prescribed in the management of prolactin excreting adenomas and is associated with low risk of congenital malformations and teratogenicity. Here, we reported the case of a bilateral simple syndactyly in a toddler with maternal exposure to cabergoline during the pregnancy. This association has not been previously described before.
