INTRODUCTION: Job satisfaction is a subject that needs to be place too much stress on because of its individual and organizational results in all organizations. Negative effects could be experienced in the organization if job satisfaction is not in the level of wanted in a few workers. METHODS: The hospitals get JCI (Joint Commission International) Certificates in Istanbul were included in the study and Minnesota Job Satisfaction Scale was applied to 662 nurses working in Institution agreed to participate in the study. RESULTS: The job satisfaction level of employees is above the middle (3,45+-0.591). Statistically significant differences has been found between job satisfaction means and socio-demographic characteristics of workers. DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: The job satisfaction level of employees is above the middle.
