心脏大血管X线平片是心血管系统重要的检查手段,也是影像教学大纲中要求医学生必须掌握的诊断方法。然而由于心血管系统解剖结构的繁复及平片多组织结构重叠的特点,平片向来是心血管影像教学中的一大难点。CT三维重建心脏立体模型直观、立体、形象,可降低教师讲授及学生理解的难度,激发教与学的积极性,进而明显提高教学效率和教学质量,为心血管系统平片的教学提供了一种简单、易行且有效的辅助手段。
Heart vascular X-ray plain film is an important detecting means for inspection of cardiovascular system diseases, and is required to be mastered in the medical imaging syllabus. However due to the complexity of cardiovascular system anatomy, plain iflm is always an issue in cardiovascular imaging teaching. CT three-dimensional reconstruction of the heart model is intuitionistic and tridimensional, it can facilitate teachers' teaching and students' understanding, arouse the enthusiasm of teaching and learning, and then improve the efifciency and quality of heart vascular X-ray plain iflm teaching. CT three-dimensional reconstruction of the heart model is an efifcient method to teach and study cardiovascular system X-ray plain iflm.
