目的:探讨前庭蜗神经周围显微血管空间位置和形态学特征在神经血管压迫综合征治疗中的价值。方法回顾性分析解放军第三七一医院2008年1月至2013年12月间经临床显微血管减压术治疗有效的425例 CNCS的患者磁共振资料,并对显微血管和前庭蜗神经的空间位置以及形态学特征进行观察分析。结果随着年龄的增长, CNCS 发病率增高;患侧与健侧前庭蜗神经的直径、显微血管的直径比较差异有统计学意义;显微血管自身角度及显微血管与神经接触点距离脑干的距离与 CNCS 有一定的关系;显微血管与神经的夹角与 CNCS 无明显关系。结论前庭蜗神经周围显微血管的存在与 CNCS 有着密切的关系,而显微血管的空间位置和形态学特征对 CNCS 的发生有重要的影响。
Objective To investigate the value of spatial location and morphological characteristics of the microvascular in vestibulocochlear nerve compression syndrome(CNCS). Methods The MR data of the 425 patients with CNCS who were trea_ded effectively by microvascular decompression from January 2008 to December 2013 were retrospectively analyzed. And the spa_tial location and morphological characteristics of the microvascular and cochleovestibular nerve were analyzed. Results The inci_dence of CNCS increased with age. The diameter of vestibular cochlear nerve and the diameter of capillaries had significant differ_ences between injured side and uninjured side. The angle of microvascular and the distance of microvascular_nerve contact point to the brainstem had relation to CNCS. The included angle between microvascular and cochleovestibular nerve had no correlation with CNCS. Conclusion The presence of microvascular around cochleovestibular nerve has a close relationship with CNCS,and spatial location and morphological characteristics of microvascular has an important influence for CNCS.
