齿轮泵困油现象直接影响到齿轮泵的工作特性,尽管国内外学者做了大量的理论研究并获得了很多研究成果,然而困油区内的参数测量仍然是难以解决的问题.本研究建立了小侧隙齿轮泵模型,利用PumpLinx软件对外啮合齿轮泵困油特性进行了仿真分析,研究了跟踪观测点设置方法,与现有文献的结果进行了对比,验证了本研究方法的可靠性,为今后进一步设计开发高性能外啮合齿轮泵提供参考.
The trapped oil phenomenon of gear pump directly affects the working characteristics of gear pump,although scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of theoretical research and obtained a lot of research results,but the trapped oil area parameter measurement is still difficult to solve the prob-lem.A small side-gap gear pump model was established,the oil trapping characteristics of the external gear pump were simulated by PumpLinx software,the tracking observation point setting method was studied,and the results were compared with those in the existing literature,which verified the reliability of the proposed method and provided references for further design and development of high-perform-ance external gear pumps.
