大数据背景下,针对地方院校工科大学生自主学习能力相对不足、自我管控能力较弱等问题,从学校、教师、教学方法和考核监督机制4方面对提高其自主学习能力的策略进行了研究.结果表明:工科大学生自主学习能力的培养,一要学校制定有利的政策,创造良好的自主学习环境;二要基于大数据技术发挥教师的主观能动作用,正确引导大学生学习动机,帮助其确定学习目标,制定学习计划,增强其专业课程学习兴趣和责任心;三要采用多维教学方法提高工科大学生课堂学习效果、效率,激发学生积极性、主动性和创造性,增强大学生的成就感和自信心;四要制定科学的考核和监督机制,端正工科大学生的学习态度.最终提高工科大学生的教学质量,培育优质工程技术人才.
In the context of big data,strategies to improve the self-directed learning ability of engineering college stu-dents in local universities were studied from four aspects:universities,teachers,teaching methods,and assessment and supervision mechanisms.The results indicate that in order to cultivate the self-learning ability of engineering college stu-dents,firstly,universities should formulate favorable policies and create a good self-learning environment;secondly,it is necessary to leverage the subjective initiative of teachers based on big data technology to correctly channel the learning motivation of college students,help them determine learning goals,design learning plans,and enhance their interest and sense of responsibility in study;thirdly,we must adopt multidimensional teaching methods to improve the classroom learning efficiency of engineering college students,stimulate their enthusiasm,initiative,and creativity,and enhance their sense of fulfillment and confidence;fourthly,a scientific assessment and supervision mechanism should be estab-lished to correct the learning attitude of engineering college students.Ultimately,we can improve the teaching results of engineering college students and cultivate high-quality engineering and technical talents.
