为了探究维生素E水平对脊尾白虾(Exopalaemon carinicauda)的生长性能和抗氧化能力的影响,选择脊尾白虾为实验对象,随机分为 5 个组,设计 5 种不同水平的维生素E饲料,添加量分别为 0,200,400,800,1 600 mg/kg,并标记为A,B,C,D,E组.饲养结束后测定脊尾白虾的生长指标和抗氧化酶活性.结果显示,在饲料中添加 400 mg/kg 维生素 E 为最优水平,可有效提高脊尾白虾生长性能和抗氧化能力.
In order to investigate the effect of vitamin E levels on the growth performance and an-tioxidant capacity of Exopalaemon carinicauda,this experiment selected E.carinicauda as the experimental object and randomly divided it into 5 groups.Five different vitamin E concentra-tions of feed were designed,with added concentrations of 0,200,400,800,1 600 mg/kg,and labeled as groups A,B,C,D,and E.After feeding,the growth indicators and antioxidant en-zyme activity of E.carinicauda were measured.The results showed that adding 400 mg/kg of vitamin E to the feed was the optimal concentration,which could improve the growth properties and antioxidant capacity of E.carinicauda.
