建立气体滤光相关红外吸收法(GFC)测定空气中一氧化碳的测量不确定度的评定方法。方法通过建立数学模型,分析各种不确定分最的来源来评定标准不确定度,最后确定合成不确定度和扩展不确定度。
To establish the evaluation method on Measurement Uncertainty of carbon monoxide in air by Gas Filter Correlation (GFC). The methods based on establish mathematic model. And all kinds of uncertainty sources are analyzed to assess standard uncertainty and combining uncertainty and expand uncertainty.
