油樟是我国重要的经济树种之一,具有较高的经济价值.本文以油樟 1年生半木质化枝条为材料,研究IBA、扦插基质和扦插时间对油樟扦插生根的影响,为油樟扦插繁殖提供理论依据.结果表明,IBA能够显著促进油樟茎段的生根,2 000 mg/L IBA是油樟茎段扦插的最适浓度,生根率最高,达 73.96%;该处理下茎段根数、根粗、根重和根体积生长也相对较好.蛭石和泥炭混合基质有利于油樟茎段扦插生根;蛭石和泥炭配比 2∶1是油樟茎段扦插生根的最适基质,生根率为 73.97%.扦插时间对油樟茎段生根也有显著影响,5 月和 7 月穗条生根率较高,分别为70.84%、69.79%,显著高于 9月扦插穗条的生根率(29.17%).
Camphora longepaniculata is one of important economic tree species in China with high commercial value.In this papar,in order to provide theoretical basis for cutting propagation of C.longepaniculata,1-year-old semi-lignified branches of the species were used as the materials and a study was made on the effects of IBA,medium and cuttage time on the rooting of C.longepaniculata cuttings.The results showed that IBA could significantly promote the rooting of the stem cuttings with the highest rooting rate of 73.96% at the optimum IBA concentration of 2000 mg/L,and good growth of the rooting number,root width and root volume.The mixed medium of vermiculite and peat was beneficial to the rooting of the stem cuttings with the highest rooting rate of 73.97% at the optimum ratio of vermiculite to peat being 2:1.The cuttage time also had a significant effect on the rooting of the stem cuttings with the highest rooting rates of 70.84% and 69.79% in May and July respectively,significantly higher than the rooting rate of 29.17% in September.
