目的 探讨客观结构化临床考试在手术室护士亚专科培训考核中的应用效果.方法 选取2022年1月~2022年12月在我院手术室亚专科轮转培训的21名护士为研究对象,采用OSCE模式进行亚专科轮转培训出科考核,评价分析各OSCE站点的成绩,比较不同层级护士6站考核成绩差异,并在每次考核结束后采用 自制问卷调查护士对该考核模式的评价.结果 OSCE考站1~6站点得分率分别为:87.73%、92.33%、82.10%、89.45%、91.40%和85.06%,总平均分为87.78±1.88,处于良好水平.N2级护士在体位安置、病情评估、设备使用和应急处置方面均分高于NI级护士,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在安全核查、转运交接方面,两组护士成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).护士对OCSE考核模式的满意度为95.71%.结论 客观结构化临床考试能客观、全面评价手术室专科护士的临床综合能力,作为亚专科出科考核模式值得推广应用.
Objective To explore the application effect of objective structured clinical examination in the subspe-cialty training and assessment of operating room nurses.Method A total of 21 nurses who received rotation train-ing in the operating room of our hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the research objects.Results The scoring rates of OSCE test station 1-6 sites were 87.73%,92.33%,82.10%,89.45%,91.40%and 85.06%,respectively.The total average score was 87.78±1.88,which was at a good level.In terms of position placement,disease assessment,equipment use and emergency response,the average score of N2 nurses was higher than that of N1 nurses,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of safety verification and transfer handover,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).The satisfaction of the OCSE assessment model was 95.71%.Conclusion Objective structured clinical examination can objectively and comprehensively evaluate the clinical comprehensive ability of specialist nurses in operating room.It is worthy of popularization and application as a subspecialty examination mode.
