由于原FP13-70防喷盒适应连续管范围窄,导致其无法满足采用?38.1mm连续管,最大工作压力为70MPa带压作业要求.该文根据胶筒受力分析结果,对原FP13-70防喷盒密封结构进行了设计改进.计算和试验结果表明,改进后的新FP13-70防喷盒,拓宽了其适应连续管的范围,为其他类似密封结构设计提供了思路.
Due to narrow adaptive range of coiled tubing,original FP13-70 strippercould not satisfied the demand of snubbing operation by using?38.1mm coiled tubing when the maximum working pressure attained 70MPa.This article presented a design improvement on the seal structure of the original FP13-70 stripper, according to analysis result of force on packer rubber.The calculate and test result demonstrated that the new FP13-70 stripper whose seal structure had been improved by design enlarged its adaptive range of coiled tubing,and provided a clue for the design of anther similar seal structure.
