本文分析了在低温环境下汽车挂P档出现抖动的问题.通过研究变速器油流量大小与抖动的关系,发现了变速器油流量大时整车抖动也大的规律,而当油泵无流量时,则整车不会发生抖动.为了解决这一问题,提出了两个优化方向:降低油泵流量和关闭油泵.实验验证发现油泵开10s关10s的控制方案能够很好地解决低温环境下挂P档整车出现的抖动问题.这一方案也为解决其它7速双离合变速器(7DCT)车辆的同类问题提供了借鉴.
This article mainly analyzes the problem of vehicle shake when the car is in P-gear at low temperatures.By studying the re-lationship between transmission oil flow rate and shake,it is found that when the transmission oil flow rate is high,the whole vehicle shake is also large,and when there is no oil flow in the pump,the whole vehicle will not shake.In order to solve this problem,two op-timization directions are proposed:reducing the oil pump flow rate and closing the oil pump.After experimental verification,it is found that the scheme of opening the oil pump for 10s and closing it for 10s can well solve the problem of vehicle shake when the car is in P-gear at low temperatures.This scheme provides a reference for solving this problem of DCT vehicles.
