目的 初探双主教学模式中多元化教学法在针灸推拿学专业本科中医妇科学的教学改革.方法 选取海南医学院2017级、2018级针灸推拿专业(五年制本科)学生为研究对象,分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用传统教学方法授课,观察组采用双主教学模式中多元化教学方法授课,比较2组学生的教学效果和满意度.结果 研究组的综合成绩高于对照组,且提高课程学习效果,激发学习兴趣,加强师生交流,提高分析、归纳与总结问题能力,提高团队合作能力,增强对理论知识的掌握,培养临床思维能力7个方面的调查满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 双主教学模式中多元化教学方法在中医妇科学教学中的应用,优化了教学过程,提高了教学质量,增强了学生解决问题的能力,具有推广应用于其他中医临床课程的价值.
Objective To explore the educational reform of diversified teaching method in double main teaching mode in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine for the specialty of acupuncture and massage.Methods Students majoring in acupunc-ture and massage(five-year undergraduate)in grade 2017 and grade 2018 of Hainan Medical University were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and research group.The control group was taught by traditional teaching methods,while the ob-servation group was taught by diversified teaching methods in double main teaching mode.The teaching effect and satisfaction of stu-dents in the two groups were compared.Results The comprehensive scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the satisfaction of 7 aspects of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),which improved the course learning effect,stimulated the learning interest,strengthened the communication between teachers and students,improved the ability of analyzing,summarizing and summarizing problems,improved the ability of teamwork,enhanced the mastery of theoretical knowledge,and cultivated the ability of clinical thinking.Conclusion The application of diversified teaching methods in the double main teaching mode in the teaching of gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine optimizes the teaching process and improves the teaching quality,so as to enhance the students'ability to solve problems,which has the value of popularizing and applying to other clinical courses of traditional Chinese medicine.
