为构建内腔加工专机高保真度模型,建立机电耦合联合仿真伺服控制模型.通过伪随机序列创建激励信号,基于特征识别方法建立各轴指令位置和实际光栅位置间的传递函数,通过最小二乘法辨识出传递函数参数,并建立联合仿真模型.仿真结果表明:直线轴指令、旋转轴指令与仿真结果间最大误差分别为4.0×10-3mm,4× 10-15°,满足工程应用的精度要求.
In order to build a high-fidelity model of a special machine for internal cavity machining,an electrome-chanical coupling co-simulation servo control model is established.The excitation signal is created by pseudo-random se-quence,the transfer function between the command position of each axis and the actual grating position is established based on the feature recognition method,the transfer function parameters are identified by the least square method,and finally the co-simulation model is established.The simulation results show that the maximum errors between the linear axis command,the ro-tary axis command and the simulation results are 4.0 × 10-3mm、4 × 10-15°,meet engineering precision requirements.
