本科学生能否顺利地适应大学生活,不但在个体一生发展中占有重要地位,而且还会对社会未来的发展产生不可估量的影响。结合目前各高校导师制和学长制的研究与实践情况,湖南大学岳麓书院尝试构建了一种基于生活导师制的本科学生入学适应教育模式。通过采用《中国大学生适应性量表(CCSAS)》进行问卷调查和网上调研,对比湖南大学八个自主招生专业2015级新生入学适应情况,我们发现,生活导师制在一定程度上有利于提高本科学生的入学适应能力,基于其建立的本科生入学适应教育模式是一种较为有效的复合型本科生教育新模式。
The adaptation to college life of undergraduates not only plays an important role on individual’s lifelong development, but also has a profound influence on the social development in the future. Combined with the existed studies and implementation situation of tutorial system and peer counseling system in universities, Yuelu Academy of Hunan University attempts to establish a model of undergraduate entrance adaptability education based on life tutorial system. Through the questionnaire survey by using China College Student Adjustment Scale (CCSAS) and online survey, and by comparing the adaptation of freshmen of eight independent recruitment majors in Hunan University, we found that life tutorial system can improve the freshmen adaptive capacity to some extent. And the entrance adaptability education model for undergraduates based on life tutorial system is a comparatively effective compound undergraduate education model.
