国外某钼选矿厂球磨机的给料为非全粒级,采用传统功耗法进行球磨机选型计算,结果偏小.分析认为,非全粒级给料导致新给料粒级与产品粒级分布曲线不平行,邦德理论公式不再适用,是计算结果偏小的主要原因.基于此,对非全粒级给料球磨机选型计算方法进行了初步探讨,确定了JKSimMet 流程模拟法和容积法在选型时不受非全粒级给料的影响,选型计算精度相对较高,可用于类似流程球磨机的选型计算.
The feed of the ball mill in a foreign molybdenum concentrator was non-full particle size,and the calculation results of the ball mill selection by traditional power consumption method were small.The analysis showed that the non-full particle size feeding led to the non-parallel distribution curve of the new feeding particle size and the product particle size,and the Bond theoretical formula was no longer applicable,which was the main reason for the small calculation result.Based on this,the selection calculation method of the ball mill for non-full particle size feeding was preliminarily discussed.It was determined that the JKSimMet process simulation method and the volumetric method were not affected by non-full particle size feeding during selection,and the selection calculation accuracy was higher,which could be used for the selection calculation of ball mills with similar process.
