新文科建设是遵循价值引领,借助新手段、新技术,实现复合型人才培养的高质量发展.针对金融营销学传统教学思政力度不足、创新性不强、"两性一度"不足等问题,文章以新文科建设为背景,以加强学生敢创新、能钻研、善运用的多学科交叉研发能力、培养"追求卓越"的金融工匠精神为目标,秉承以学生为中心的理念,基于金融营销的环境分析,通过"提升高阶性、突出创新性、增加挑战度"三维优化路径,引入行业导师机制,提升学生职业胜任力.以福建江夏学院的课程发展为切入点,结合系列专业竞赛促进教学成果推广,使学生的团队合作力和服务社会责任感加强,分析问题高阶思维提升,充分实现了"全员、全程、全方位"的育人宗旨.
The construction of the liberal arts is to follow the value-led,with the help of new means and technologies,to realize the high-quality development of the training of composite talents.In view of the problems such as insufficient ideological and political strength,weak innovation and insufficient"gender one degree"in the traditional teaching of Financial Marketing,this paper takes the construction of"four new"as the background,and aims to strengthen students'interdisciplinary research and devel-opment ability that dares to innovate,study and use well,and cultivate the spirit of"pursuing excel-lence"financial craftsman.Adhering to the concept of student-centered,based on the analysis of the fi-nancial marketing environment,through the three-dimensional optimization path of"promoting high-level,highlighting innovation and increasing challenge",the industry mentor mechanism is introduced to improve students'vocational competency.Through a series of professional competitions to promote the promotion of teaching results,students'teamwork and social responsibility to strengthen,analysis of problems to improve higher-order thinking,fully realize the"full,full,all-round"education pur-pose.
