背景呼出气一氧化氮(fractional exhaled nitric oxide,FeNO)测定在指导哮喘诊断及治疗方面的重要地位已经得到公认,而FeNO与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)之间的关系尚不明确.目的 探讨FeNO与COPD及其相关并发症之间的相关性.内容综述FeNO产生机制及其在COPD及相关并发症中扮演的角色,阐述FeNO监测在全身麻醉中的应用.趋向寻求可以早期诊断COPD的方法及潜在生物标记物,预警全身麻醉术后肺部并发症的发生.
Background Measurement of fractional exhaled nitric oxide(FeNO) plays an important role in the diagnosis and treatment guidelines for asthma has been confirmed, however, the relationship between FeNO and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is not clear. Objective To explore the correlation between FeNO and COPD and its related complications.
