采用ANSYS软件对脉冲式激光钎焊金刚石温度场进行仿真,采用脉动热源加载,分析脉冲激光加热下钎焊区温度场的变化规律.结果表明,脉冲热源加载下,加热区温度温升曲线呈等周期脉动变化.采用稳态最高温度Tmax、最低温度Tmin和温度波动△T对温升曲线进行量化和分析,结果表明,峰值功率、频率和脉宽对Tmax和Tmin影响都是正指数效应,且峰值功率对Tmax影响最大,频率对Tmin影响最大.峰值功率和脉宽对△T的影响都是正指数效应,且峰值功率对△T的影响比脉宽要大,而频率对△T的影响是负指数效应.
Simulation of the temperature field for diamond pulsed laser brazing has been conducted by ANSYS software,and the varying pattern of the temperature field of the brazing area under pulsed laser heating has been analyzed through pulsating heat source loading.Result shows that the temperature rise curve of the heating area exhibits a periodic pulsation variation.The temperature rise curve has been quantified and analyzed through steady-state maximum temperature Tmax,minimum temperature Tmin,and temperature fluctuation△T.Result shows that the influence of the peak power,frequency and pulse width on the Tmax and Tmin is positive exponential effect,and the peak power has the greatest influence on Tmax,while the frequency has the greatest influence on Tmin.The the influence of the peak power and pulse width on △T is positive exponential effect,and the peak power has greater influence on △T than the pulse width dose,while the influence of frequency on △T is negative exponent effect.
