目的:按照七个地理区划,对我国高等学校跨校开课分互认情况进行分析,为促进跨区域间资源共享、探索协同育人新模式、提升人才培养质量提供参考.方法:基于我国七大地理区划的部分省、直辖市或自治区,采用互联网和数据库查询等方式获取数据源,调研、整理跨校开课情况,分析存在的问题,并提出可采取的解决措施.结果:我国七大地理区划高校间跨校开课的高校规模、课程资源数量、执行年份、运维现状具有较大的差异;课程类别较相似,主要是以通识类课程为主;平台建设具一定差异,在高等教育数字化转型过程中,由自建平台转变为依托较成熟的课程平台建设集成化平台.结论:教育技术信息化推动和催化了高校间跨校开课的步伐,高校间跨校开课有利于打破时间、空间的限制,有助于提高优质课程资源的使用率,更加符合新时代学生的学习特点,更能满足其学习需求,可以在推进教育公平的同时,助力新时代高质量本科人才的培养.
Objective:Based on seven geographical divisions,this paper analyzes the current situation credit mutual recognition of cross campus courses in Chinese higher education institutions,so as to provide reference for promoting resource sharing across regions,explore new collaborative education models,and improve the quality of talent cultivation.Method:Based on some provinces,municipalities,or autonomous regions of China's seven major geographical divisions,data sources were obtained through methods such as internet and database queries.By Researching and organizing the situation of cross school courses,the existing problems and propose feasible solutions were put forward.Result:There were significant differences in the scale,number of course resources,implementation years,and current operation and maintenance status of cross campus courses among the seven major geographical regions of universities in China.The course categories were relatively similar,mainly focusing on general education courses.There were certain differences in platform construction.In the process of digital transformation of higher education,there had been a shift from self-built platforms to integrated platforms based on more mature course platforms.Conclusion:The informatization of educational technology has promoted and catalyzed the pace of cross campus courses between universities.Cross campus courses between universities are conducive to breaking the constraints of time and space,improving the utilization rate of high-quality course resources,more in line with the learning characteristics of students in the new era,and better meeting their learning needs.While promoting educational equity,they can also help cultivate high-quality undergraduate talents in the new era.
