采用大样本随机摘取单个果穗的取样方法,对长白山区栽培的穿龙薯蓣种子与果实的数量性状进行调查和测定,分析它们之间的相关性.结果表明,穿龙薯蓣成熟种子数与果实鲜重、果穗生物量之间,成熟种子及所有种子质量与果实鲜重、果穗鲜重、果穗生物量之间存在密切相关关系,除成熟种子数与果实鲜重之间为指数函数关系,异速增长规律外,其它相关关系均为线性函数关系,是同速增长规律.确定系数R2 为0. 3449~0. 6276,表明穿龙薯蓣种子与果实的生长无论是异速的还是同速的,均受遗传因子和环境因素双重控制,且受环境因素影响较大,具有较大的生态可塑性.
In this paper, large and random sampling were adopted to statistic correlation quantitative character of the capsule and seeds of Dioscorea nipponica in Changbai Mountain area. The experimental results showed that the amount of mature seed and fresh weight of capsule conform to exponential function, and biomass infructescence put up allometry. The amount of mature seed and biomass infructescence, or weight of mature seed, the weight of all the seeds and fresh weight of capsule and fresh weight of infructescence, and biomass infructescence were all meeting with linear functional relation. R2 is 0. 3449 ~0. 6276. There is biggish ecological plasticity.
