在灰尘环境中长期运行后,底置冷凝器翅片表面及间隙容易积满灰尘,积尘增大了空气流通阻力和冷凝器的传热热阻,最终影响冰箱整机运行性能.通过试验测试,研究了冷凝器积满灰后对整机运行性能的影响.结果表明:积尘后整机能耗升高约3.6%,43℃环温时冷冻室能维持的最低温度升高1℃,32℃环温下拉温速度无明显变化.底冷凝器完全积尘后整机运行性能良好.
After long-term operation in the dusty environment,the surface and gap of the bottom condenser fins are easy to accumulate dust,and the dust accumulation increases the air flow resistance and the heat transfer resistance of the condenser,which ultimately affects the operation performance of the refrigerator.The influence of dust accumulation of condenser on the operation performance of the refrigerator is studied through the test.The results show that the energy consumption of the refrigerator increases by about 3.6%after dust accumulation,the minimum temperature that can be maintained in the freezing chamber increases by 1℃when the ambient temperature is 43℃,the temperature pulling speed does not change at 32℃.The refrigerator runs well after the bottom condenser is completely dust accumulation.
