为解决HRBS-150标准洛氏硬度计机械结构存在的问题,本文提出基于气浮技术的设备智能化改造方案,对设备主轴与导向轴承、电气控制系统、位移测量系统、专用测试软件等进行设计改造.结果表明:改造后的标准洛氏硬度计运行稳定可靠,测量结果重复性较好,可满足不同标尺的洛氏硬度块计量检校要求,并实现洛氏硬度块的全自动测量.
In order to solve the problems existing in the mechanical structure of HRBS-150 standard Rockwell hardness tester,this paper puts forward an intelligent equipment transformation scheme based on air flotation tech-nology,and designs and transforms the equipment spindle and guide bearing,electrical control system,displace-ment measurement system,special testing software,etc.The results show that the modified standard Rockwell hard-ness tester runs stably and reliably with good repeatability.It can meet the requirements of measuring and checking Rockwell hardness blocks with different scales,and realize the automatic measurement of Rockwell hardness blocks.
