为探究1993-2022年甘草研究的发展情况、选题热点和趋势走向,本研究检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science(WoS)中有关甘草研究的文献,绘制了甘草研究年发文量折线图,利用CiteSpace 6.2.R2软件对国内外30年来研究甘草的作者、机构和关键词共现等进行分析.结果表明,甘草研究的中文文献发文量波动较大,英文文献发文量呈平稳增长态势,整体研究热度在不断上升;领域贡献作者分析表明,王文全、Min Ye分别为中、英文文献发文量最多的作者;机构合作分析显示,北京中医药大学中药学院和Chinese Academy of Sciences分别为中、英文文献发文量最多的机构;关键词分析表明,甘草的研究热点集中在品种栽培选育、方剂配伍、临床用药规律及药理作用机制等方面.综上所述,甘草配伍制剂在抗炎、改善心悸症状方面的作用,甘草活性成分在畜牧业中的应用及甘草抗胁迫环境品种的培育,将会是今后的研究热点与趋势.
In order to explore the development,hot topics and trend of licorice research from 1993 to 2022.In this study,literature related to licorice research from CNKI and Web of Science(WoS)was retrieved,and Microsoft Excel was used to draw a line chart of licorice research publications in 2016.Using CiteSpace 6.2.R2 software,au-thors,institutions and keyword co-occurrence of liquorice research at home and abroad in the past 30 years were analyzed.The results showed that the number of Chinese literature publications on licorice research fluctuated greatly,while the number of English literature publications showed a steady growth trend,and the overall research popularity was constantly rising,and the overall research enthusiasm is increasing.The analysis of authors contribu-ting to the field showed that Wenquan Wang and Min Ye were the authors with the largest number of Chinese and English literature,respectively.The analysis of publishing institutional cooperation showed that the School of Tradi-tional Chinese Medicine of Chinese Medicine and the Chinese Academy of Sciences were the research institutions with the largest number of Chinese and English literature,respectively.The analysis of key words showed that the hot spots of Glycyrrhiza uralensis research were focused on cultivation and breeding of varieties,prescriptions and combinations,clinical use patterns,mechanism of pharmacological action,etc.The results showed that the applica-tion of active ingredients of licorice in animal husbandry,the further study on the anti-inflammation and ameliora-tion of palpitation symptoms of licorice and the cultivation of licorice stress-resistant varieties will be the research hotspot and trend.
