知识转移是协调自然保护地资源保护与社区发展的手段之一.文章以广东丹霞山为例,基于知识转移理论,采用参与式观察和深度访谈等质性研究方法获取数据,运用主题分析法进行编码,探讨自然保护地资源保护与社区发展中知识转移的过程与机制.研究发现:(1)自然保护地资源保护与社区发展中的知识转移内容基于密切的人地互动;(2)自然保护地资源保护与社区发展中的知识转移主要发生于外部行动者与社区居民之间,"知识双向转移"模式是两者深度互动的表现;(3)自然保护地资源保护与社区发展中的知识转移是品牌管理、市场转型、多元知识来源、程序正义和互动正义等因素共同作用的过程,程序正义和互动正义是推动实现知识双向转移模式的关键因素.文章基于知识转移角度为自然保护地的生态产品价值实现与"两山"转化提供有益借鉴.
Knowledge transfer is a crucial way to coordinate the conservation of natural reserves and community development.This paper took Mt.Danxiashan in Guangdong Province as an example to illustrate how to balance the conservation and development of protected natural areas through knowledge transfer activities.Based on knowledge transfer theory,this paper obtained data by using qualitative research methods such as participatory observation and in-depth interview,and applied the thematic analysis method to code it to explore the process and mechanism of knowledge transfer in the conservation of natural resources and community development.The findings are:(1)knowledge transfer within a natural protected area mainly occurs between external forces and community residents,which is a"two-way knowledge transfer"mode;(2)knowledge transfer is a process including multiple factors,while procedural justice and interactive justice are the key factors to form the two-way knowledge transfer mode;(3)the content of knowledge transfer activities regarding the resources protection and community development of natural protected areas roots on close human-place interaction.Based on the perspective of knowledge transfer,this paper provided a valuable mode for the realization of the value of ecological products and the practice of Two Mountains Theory in natural protected areas.
