以姜黄素、柠檬酸和分支聚乙烯亚胺为前驱物,通过溶剂热法制备具有高光热效应的氮掺杂姜黄素碳点(Cur-CD),用于光热杀灭肺癌细胞.利用透射电子显微镜、X射线衍射光谱、傅里叶红外光谱、X射线电子能谱、Raman光谱研究Cur-CD的形态和组成;利用紫外、荧光分光光度计探究Cur-CD的光学性能;通过波长808 nm近红外激光照射探究Cur-CD的光热性能;通过细胞实验探究Cur-CD的细胞毒性、摄取和成像以及细胞光热治疗能力.成功制备了具有良好荧光性能和光热转换效率的氮掺杂Cur-CD,制备的Cur-CD在较低质量浓度就能在肿瘤细胞中累积并产生荧光,对癌细胞有毒性并且能将近红外光能转换成热能,从而有效杀灭肿瘤细胞.
Nitrogen-doped curcumin carbon dots(Cur-CDs)with high photothermal effect were prepared by solvothermal method using curcumin,citric acid and branching polyethyleneimine as precursors for killing of lung cancer cells with photothermal effect.The morphology and composition of Cur-CDs were studied by transmission electron microscopy,X-ray diffraction spectroscopy,Fourier infrared spectroscopy,X-ray electron spectroscopy and Raman spectroscopy.The optical properties of Cur-CDs were investigated by ultraviolet and fluorescence spectrophotometers.The photothermal properties of Cur-CDs were explored by near-infrared laser irradiation with a wavelength of 808 nm.Cellular experiments were carried out to explore the cytotoxicity,uptake and imaging of Cur-CDs,as well as the photothermal therapeutic ability for cells.The nitrogen-doped Cur-CDs with good fluorescence performance and photothermal conversion efficiency were successfully prepared.The prepared Cur-CDs can accumulate in tumor cells at a low mass concentration and produce fluorescence,which are toxic to cancer cells and can convert near-infrared light energy into heat energy,so as to effectively kill tumor cells.
