通过测取筒形阀动水关闭试验过程中机组原始流量和工作水头并进行拟合,得到了高水头水轮机筒形阀不同开度下的流量特性,解决了筒形阀的流量系数率定问题.在此基础上,建立了超长输水发电系统筒形阀动水关闭过渡过程的数学模型,提出了数值分析方法,实现筒形阀过渡过程的仿真研究.数值计算结果与现场试验实测结果进行了对比,一致性较好,为全面揭示超长输水发电系统高水头大型筒形阀的水力动态特性和运行控制方式奠定了基础.
By measuring turbine flow and head data in hydrodynamic closure tests of ring gate and fitting these data,the flow characteristics of high-head ring gate with different openings are obtained,that solves the problem of discharge coefficient setting of ring gate.On this basis,the mathematic model of transition process of ring gate under the condition of hydrodynamic closure for a super long-distance water conveyance and power generation system is established and the numerical analysis method is put forward,that realizes the simulation of transition process of ring gate.The results of numerical calculation are in good agreement with the measured results of on-site tests,which lays a foundation for comprehensively revealing the hydrodynamic characteristics and operation control mode of high-head large ring gate in a super long-distance water conveyance and power generation system.
