重载铁路运煤专线筒仓装车时,由于抑尘液、防冻液喷洒或煤渣掉入等原因,易导致筒仓下有砟轨道出现道床板结、弹性变差等病害.为了彻底解决有砟轨道病害,并实现快速修复.首先,采用换填垫层法对轨道下部基础进行处理,换填料采用级配碎石掺水泥;其次,设计一种可快速更换的预制板式无砟轨道结构,采用极限状态法对轨道板和底座进行配筋设计,轨道板纵、横向分别配置 20 根?14 mm钢筋,底座纵、横向分别配置14 根?12 mm钢筋和16 根?12 mm钢筋;最后,结合运煤线作业繁重、天窗时间短的特点,通过有限元数值模拟计算方法,确定轨道板与底座间布置 3 对支墩(0.5 m×0.5 m×0.1 m)即可满足结构受力要求,实现线路快速通车.
During the loading of coal silos on heavy haul railway dedicated lines,due to reasons such as spraying dust suppressants,antifreeze,or coal slag falling into the silos,it is easy to cause diseases such as bed hardening and poor elasticity of the ballast track under the silos.In order to thoroughly solve the problems and achieve rapid repair,firstly,the replacement cushion method was used to treat the lower foundation of the track,and the replacement filler was graded crushed stone mixed with cement.Secondly,a prefabricated slab ballastless track structure was designed which could be quickly replaced,Using the limit state method for reinforcement design of track plates and bases,20 pieces of track boards were configured vertically and horizontally respectively ?14 mm steel bars,with 14 pieces configured vertically and horizontally for the base?12 mm steel bars and 16 pieces ?12 mm steel bars;Finally,considering the heavy workload and short skylight time of coal transportation lines,using the finite element numerical simulation calculation method,the arrangement of three pairs(0.5 m×0.5 m×0.1 m)of piers between the track slab were determined which met the structural stress requirements,and realized the rapid opening of the operation.
