通过实验研究了微细电火花加工盲孔的电极损耗,并基于Matlab软件,在二维矩阵的基础上,通过选取网格设定大小,设定工具运动情况、放电间隙、放电间隙影响因子、单个脉冲去除凹坑大小及相对电极损耗率等参数,仿真电极形状变化的全过程.该模型经后续完善后可用于预测补偿.为了验证仿真模型,对比了仿真结果与实际实验,证明该仿真方法可行.
By many times of experiment in micro blind hole drilling ,a geometry simulation model of electrode wear based on Matlab is proposed to predict the geometry appearance of tool and drilled hole. Based on a two-dimension matrix ,by setting parameters like grid size ,the situation of the tool wear,sparking gap width,the influence factor of the sparking gap and so on,the process of the change of electrode geometry is simulated. Developed model can be used in offline compensation of tool wear in the fabrication of a blind hole. To verify the simulation model ,the prediction results are compared with the actual experimental ones,the method is feasible.
