研究了合成4,5-二氯甲基-3-羟基-2-甲基 吡啶时,催化剂对产率和产品颜色的影响,当使用酰胺类复配催化剂并且n(VB6)∶ n(SOCl2)∶n(复配催化剂)=1.0∶13.0∶0.1时,反应温度为55 ℃和60 ℃,反应时间共1.5 h,用盐酸分解二氯亚砜时间大于0.5 h,产率为99%
The effects of composite catalyst on synthesis of 4,5-d ichloromethyl-3-hydroxy-2-methylpyridine(Ⅰ) was studied.Amide composite cat al yst was used and molar ratio of VB6,SOCl2 and catalyst was 1.0∶13.0∶0.1,reaction temperature was t1=55 ℃,t2=60 ℃,reac tion time was 1.5 h and decomposing time of SOCl2 should be more than 0.5 h. The yield of Ⅰ is 99%.
