选择硝酸溶解样品,控制雾化气流速为1.0 L/min,选择Na 589.592、Mg 280.270、K 766.490、Ca 396.847、Fe 259.940、Cu 324.754、Zn 202.548作为分析线,建立了电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定甲醇中钠、镁、钾、钙、铁、铜、锌的方法.在选用的最佳光谱线和合适的工作条件下测定,方法检出限为11~35 μg/L.采用方法对实际样品进行分析,测定结果的相对标准偏差为1.28%~9.32%,加标回收率为95%~103%,实验方法测得结果与理论值基本一致.
With nitric acid dissolving sample,and the analytical lines of each testing elements were Na 589.592、Mg 280.270、K 766.490、Ca 396.847、Fe 259.940、Cu 324.754、Zn 202.548,a method for determina-tion of sodium,magnesium,potassium,calcium,iron,copper and zinc in methanol was established by induc-tively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry at the atomization flow rate of 1.0L/min. The optimal spectral lines and proper working conditions were selected for determination. The detection limit of method was 11~35 μg/L.The relative standard deviations(RSD)for determination of actual samples by the proposed method were between 1.28% and 9.32%,the standard addition recoveries were between 95% and 103%,the determination results by the experimental method were basically consistent with the theoretical value.
