从条斑紫菜绿斑病样品中分离获得优势致病菌,通过 16 S rRNA 测序进行菌种鉴定,建立快速检测的LAMP技术,并进行生长特性及药敏实验分析.使用 16 S rRNA 测序鉴定表明,该致病菌为深海微小杆菌(Microbacter bathyae).根据 OD 值建立不同温度和培养基中的生长曲线,分析深海微小杆菌的生长特性.利用 K-B纸片法进行药敏试验,分析其对 20 种抗生素的药物敏感性.结果表明,条斑紫菜绿斑病的优势病原菌为深海微小杆菌,对其生长特性与药物敏感性进行分析,可为条斑紫菜绿斑病病原的防治提供参考依据.
In this study,the dominant pathogenic bacteria were isolated from the samples of Por-phyra yezoensis,and identified by 16 S rRNA sequencing.A rapid detection LAMP technique was established,and growth characteristics and drug sensitivity experiments were analyzed.First of all,16 S rRNA sequencing identification showed that the pathogenic bacterium was Microbact-er bathyae.According to OD value,the growth curves in different temperatures and medium were established to analyze the growth characteristics of Microbacter bathyae.Then,the drug sensitivity test was carried out by K-B disk method to analyze its drug sensitivity to 20 kinds of antibiotics.In this study,the dominant pathogen of porphyra green spot was identified as Mi-crobacter bathyae,and its growth characteristics and drug sensitivity were analyzed,which pro-vided a reference for the prevention and treatment of Porphyra yezoensis.
