目的 探讨徒手与盲插佰通重力锤型胃管在经鼻空肠管置管患者中的应用效果.方法 选择医院2018年1月—2021年12月收治的需经鼻置入空肠管的60例ICU患者作为研究对象,按组间基本特征具有可比性的原则分为对照组和观察组,每组30例.对照组患者应用内镜辅助下佰通重力锤胃管经鼻空肠置管,观察组患者应用佰通重力锤型胃管行徒手经鼻空肠管置管.比较两组患者置管成功率、置管耗时、置管成本、置管相关并发症发生率、舒适度.结果 两组患者置管成功率、相关并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者置管耗时长于对照组,置管成本低于对照组,舒适度高于对照组,组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 佰通重力锤型胃管行徒手经鼻空肠管置管在经鼻置入空肠管ICU患者置管中的应用,能降低患者置管成本,减轻其经济负担和不适感.
Objective To explore the application effect of freehand and blind insertion of Burton gravity hammer gastric tube in patients with transnasal jejunal tube placement.Methods 60 ICU patients admitted to the hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 who needed to be placed in the jejunostomy tube via the nose were selected as the study object,were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the principle that the basic characteristics between the groups were comparable,with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,endoscopy-assisted intranasal jejunostomy tube placement was performed with Baitong gravity hammer gastrostomy tube,while in the observation group,freehand transnasal jejunostomy tube placement was performed with Baitong gravity hammer gastrostomy tube.Compare the success rate of tube placement,time consumed for tube placement,cost of tube placement,incidence of complications related to tube placement,and comfort level of patients in the two groups.Results There is no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of the success rate of tube placement and the incidence of related complications(P>0.05);the time consumed for tube placement in the observation group is longer than that of the control group,the cost of tube placement is lower than that of the control group,and the comfort level is higher than that of the control group,and the difference between the two groups is statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Baitong gravity hammer gastrostomy tube for unarmed transnasal jejunostomy tube placement in ICU patients with transnasal jejunostomy tubes can reduce the cost of tube placement,and alleviate their economic burden and discomfort.
