通过静电作用和范德华力制备六方氮化硼@聚多巴胺@3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷(h-BN@PDA@APTES)复合材料,使用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、X射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)等方法对其结构进行表征.制备的h-BN@PDA@APTES掺杂环氧(EP)粉末涂料(m-h-BN/EP),并进行形貌分析、热重分析(TGA)、中性盐雾测试、电击穿强度测试和体积电阻率测试,研究h-BN@PDA@APTES对EP粉末涂料的影响.与传统EP粉末涂料相比,m-h-BN/EP粉末涂料的绝缘和耐腐蚀性显著提高,焦残渣增加12.0%,电击穿强度提高69%,体积电阻率提高19.2倍.实验结果表明,经改性的h-BN在粉末涂料中具有良好的应用前景.
In this work,hexagonal boron nitride@polydopamine@3-aminopropyl-triethoxysilane(h-BN@PDA@AP-TES)composites were prepared by electrostatic interaction and van der Waals forces,and their structures were charac-terized using Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR),X-ray powder diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The novel h-BN@PDA@APTES doped epoxy(EP)powder coating(m-h-BN/EP)was prepared for the first time.The effect of h-BN@PDA@APTES on EP powder coating was investigated by means of perfor-mance tests such as morphological analysis,thermogravimetric analysis(TGA),salt spray resistance test,electrical breakdown strength test and volume resistivity test.Compared with traditional EP powder coating,m-h-BN/EP pow-der coating showed significantly higher insulation and corrosion resistance.The char residue increased by 12.0%,the dielectric breakdown strength increased by 69%,and the volume resistivities improved by 19.2 times.Experiment re-sults show that modified h-BN has good promising applications in powder coating.
