智慧教育是把现代信息技术和教育教学全面融合的面向未来的教育模式,高等教育智慧化的发展对高校教师的能力素养提出了新的要求,包括学科专业知识、教育教学知识与信息化技术等,这与整合技术的学科教学知识(TPACK)理论对教师提出的能力要求具有相同之处.面对智慧教育,高校教师存在意识不到位、角色固着、智慧能力与素养不足等问题.应从加强激励机制建设,主动学习求变,加强互助协作,建立长效机制等方面进行高校教师能力素养的提升.
Smart education is a future-oriented education model that fully integrates modern information technology with education and teaching.The development of intellectualization of higher education has put forward new requirements for the ability and quality of college teachers,including subject professional knowledge,education and teaching knowledge,information technology and so on.This is the same as the ability requirement of the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge(TPACK)theory for teachers.In the face of smart education,college teachers have some problems,such as lack of smart education consciousness,fixed role,lack of wisdom ability and accomplishment,etc.We should strengthen the construction of incentive mechanism,actively study for change,strengthen mutual assistance and cooperation,establish a long-term mechanism and so on to improve the ability and quality of college teachers.
